Tasting notes: ‘Fresh’, blueberry, citrus, blood orange, rosewater, fresh herbs. Firm tannins but
a juicy finish, medium body.
Enjoy with: A barbecue of poultry and vegetables, or anything barbecued really. Also a light,
fruity and ‘fun’ cheese board with quince paste and muscatels.
