Indigo Sangiovese 750ml 13.5%
4407 bottles made, from the Indigo Vineyard at the foothills of the Victorian Alps, the soil varies from granite to clay loams, described as an elegant and complex wine. Great cellar door.
Tasting notes: Medium and strong Sangiovese, ripe fruit with solid acidity and minerality, raspberry at the start with a sweet yet bitter and spicy finish, dark chocolate and pepper. Not for the faint hearted but very delicious.
Enjoy with: The best of friends or all by your lonesome if you’re not wishing to share. Mature hard cheese, red meats or roast vegetables with a rich sauce will also suffice.
